Paul Toffoli – Biography

• Born and raised in Vancouver, he earned 2 degrees from UBC, including a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) which focused on Finance and Urban Land Economics & a B.A. in Political Science.

• Paul has over 20 years of real estate experience.

• After a successful career in property & asset management, Paul became a licensed realtor in 2002. Over the last 17 years his clients have come to know him as a trusted and reliable source of real estate expertise. 

• Voted Best Realtor in the Georgia Straight Best of Vancouver six years in a row. (2010-2016)

• Master Medallion Club status for 2008-2018, signifying he is in the top 10% of all Greater Vancouver Realtors.

• Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist

• Member of the Luxury Home Institute’s Million Dollar Guild

• Proficient in French

Some of Pauls other accomplishments include:

• ·      Cycled from Beijing to Delhi in 2000/01: over 6500km, through China, Tibet, Nepal & India over the Himalayas, incl. up to Everest Base Camp.
• ·      Completed 4 marathons, including the Boston Marathon, and finished in top 100 overall in 2002 Vancouver Marathon.
• ·      Previous President and Vice President of BNI- The Big Tsunami. This networking group helped each other to complete over $5 million in closed business in 2014.
